There is Ormanlı village in the west, Semetli village in the east and Arapacı village in the north of the village, which is at the foot of the Ganos Mountain. In other words, the village is known as Dağyenice. The village is an old Greek village. Information is conveyed that the villagers were the Greek exchange of Lausanne in 1924. It is 40 km from Süleymanpaşa. The economy of a village depends on agriculture and husbandry. There is a primary school in the village, but it is currently closed. Village has drinking water network. There is a sewer network. There is no post office. There is no health center. There is a health home. The road that provides access to the village is asphalt and there is electricity and fixed telephone in the village. The population of 2019 is 245 people. After Tekirdağ gained the metropolitan status on December 6, 2012, all villages turned into neighborhoods.
